Hi,
As you've a built in battery, try to unplug the power cable, disconnect all peripheral devices and press and hold the Power button for 15 seconds, then plug back the power cable and try to turn it on.
If this doesn't work, does the laptop start if you plug the power cable? If not, try waiting until the battery is fully charged and try again.
