Hi Christossol,
What do you want to get out of the Excel file? I mean, do you want to know how many visits a year there were? What about graphs? Visit duration? Monthly visitors? Once you know which results you want, you can think of the best way to input your data (layout).
I guess the most basic way would be to use Columns A and B for first and last name. The following columns will be used for 1st visit, 2nd visit etc..
