Hi,
The battery lifespan will gradually decrease after each full charge cycle and depending on your usage. After one year, a battery won't hold a charge like it did on the first day, but its lifespan should remain acceptable.
As it holds less than 30 minutes, try to reduce screen brightness, close unnecessary programs, block them from running in the background and turn on battery saver mode.
You can also perform a full recharge - discharge the battery completely, then recharge it to 100%.
