can yamaha psr e473 be used to pay a mid file converted from mp3 file and stored in a flash drive?

Converting MP3 to MIDI will make the audio file sound slightly different from the original one, and you may also notice quality loss. However, if you connect a USB flash drive containing your converted file, it will work with your Yamaha keyboard.
