I reboothed my computer and it won't go next

Hello,
I reboothed my computer.
Everything was going great until the welcome to microsoft xp screen appered
it says click next ..
so i clicked next but it won'y go next
please someone help me

try to boot in safe mode and do a system restore.

Press F8 repeatedly when booting the computer and then select safe mode.
