My friend needs help ith her computer!

Hello,
My friend has this problem with her computer, when she starts it up it makes like a beeping sound, and some of her keys aint working, but they aint sticking or anything like that, she dont even press a button and she gets the beeping sound, its like her laptop has a mind of its own, now its a toshiba satellite L300, im sure someone can help! message back please ASAP

Hello,

Is your friend's being able to access the bios? If yes just set the bios settings in default settings!!

Or if there's nothing happening just take it to be checked up by a technician!
