Keys dont work

Hello,
4 of my keys dont work, the '3,E,D,&C' im using the online keyboard but its difficult to use. Why are only those 4 keys not working?

hey i am having the same problm with the 3 keys you had mentioned your problm. are those keys working for you now? how did you make it work?? i am using a dell laptop. your help would really be appreciated. thank you

try another keyboard.

this one is faulty.
