Delete community standard spams

Hello,

why can’t I delete this support message from facebook? does anyone know how to delete this?

Hi,

As you don't have an option to delete the message, try using the basic mobile version by visiting mbasic.facebook.com. Go back to your support inbox via the Help link and see if you can delete it now.

If you still can't delete the message, report the issue to Facebook.
