This phone number has been used too many times

Hello, Ashley here 

I use my iPhone 7 all the time and I wanted to create me a google account 

I entered my first name as Ashley and last name as Jackson and I put my birthday as 1990 and clicked next 

I clicked on a suggested email address like this: ***@*** and I put my password in 

I get the error saying 

This phone number has been used too many times, I use my phone number 

is there any way?
