Try with different devices. If you're using the app, use the website or vice-versa. If that doesn't work, click on Forgot Password, enter your email and follow the instructions.

Tried on both of my phones and a laptop. The problem is that I have updated my phone number and email and then logged out. Now, no matter how many times I have tried to change password, it asks me for a phone varification (and not email, which I have access to). So now I am one hundred percent stuck! Successful changed my password 100 times already, reported account as hacked, anyways IG asks for that old phone number …
