Hello,
i have an BSNL wireless GPRS internet and when i was download anythig its download speed is in 1.2 kbps and sometimes its speed is in bit or byte. BSNL was promise to give tranfer rate is 324kbps but its not true.please tell me how i increase my download speed.my computer processor is p4.i was very angry.
please solve my problem as quickly as possible.
