Free Net in BPL

Hello,
I want to Know that is there any link that denoted BPL have free surfing,meand google access is free? if yes is it far all callers or selected callers pls specify. And no free surfing then charges for the same.

I Have cell nokia 3600-setting activatio procedure .Thank you.

This is not true.. there's no free settings for browsing or call freely
