Hi,
i got a virus on my pc and everything stopped working like sound and the usb port refuse to recognise.i cannot even format it cause i have some important documents in that.

if you can still install programs then you have to install a strong antivirus with updated definitions. I use Norton AntiVirus 2007 & it works pretty well & when i couldn't update it cos my net wasn't working, I downloaded manually from Norton's website by another PC & installed it to my affected PC.
I suggest you do the same
