Hello,
I removed PVA.exe in safe mode, however, my internet access is still blocked by a "personal browser protection" message, I ran RSIT and this is what pops up:info.txt logfile of random's system information tool 1.06 2009-07-17 09:04:10

hi,

uninstall your internet explorer,

download the latest version of IE (IE8) and then try to connect again.

this should solve the problem.
