Hello,

I have a palm as a phone and a toshiba as a computer. The problem is that when I search "bluetooth" in the search box, in computer i get bluetooth settings and i click that then I get "Installing Bluetooth driver"Then its says Plug in bluetooth device. but i dont have a plug.
Then on my phone i turn bluetooth on, i put visible. I click setup devices. then i search a pc nothing comes out.

hi,

this means that your computer does not have a bluetooth device.

buy a bluetooth dongle and then try to connect.

this will solve the problem.
