Hello,
I made the mistake of downloading this registry fix program at the suggestion of this poster. After you find out what a scam it is, it is impossible to uninstall it without restoring your system to a previous date. The post I got sucked into was:

but it does work fine on my computer and i even unintalled it without any problem.

there may be a problem in your computer.

try to update your windows installer.
