Hello,
I am having problems connecting to the internet on my laptop(for what reason i dont know)
i recently had my computer infected with spyware but i got rid of it with norton antispyware, and i thought that will solve the problem but it hasnt so i was wondering why i doesnt work.

(It says limited to no connection but at the same time it says 54.00 mps connect very good)

HELP ME!
(new at this so tell me if im missing anything)

Hello,
Best is to re install your modem and are you using a laptop since the some modem router especially for Wifi connection are limited to 54 mps.



Try connecting directly your pc with cable and i don't think it is any spyware problem

i used my laptop before and it was working perfectly well but now it doesnt work ever since the spyware hit.
ill try and see if what you said works ty for the help=)
