Spyware infection

Good Morning,
I am in a big trouble i borrowed a laptop from my friend to make some research projet i have not been downloading from any dangerous website but it seems that my pc has been infected with spyware i have adsl line and the connection is very very slow.




And it seems that the antivirus is not able to remove the spyware which software can be use to remove those treats on my system?

are you sure it is spy ware?

if it is call your nearest computer store and a program to tell the virus get lost it worked for me
