Flash player

Hello,
i have been trying to download flash player for the last few days i allow active x control and it downloads i the get an error message saying adobe flash player did not pass the integrity check i have reduced firewalls and internet security but the same happens every time i have uninstalled it and re tried. what can I do to get this working?
