Hello,
one day it had powercut and then my computer switch was not off and then it was starting and then there was black screen and i pressed start windows normally and then my computer again started and then again the black screen came i pressed safe mode then also again thing happened

dear sir,

well use your windows installation cd and try to recover it by that,

please follow these steps:

1. boot from the windows cd
2.select recovery and follow instructions
