Omg help me plz

i know it isnt the cpu cuz i got a new one and it still does it, it isnt the ram cuz i tried 4 different sticks and 2 were brand new, and i dont think its the mb cuz it beeps twice when theres no ram in it, that only leaves the power supply. is my power supply bad or could it be somthin else too?

Please verify if the ram memory are of the same frequency!

I just think that there must be a problem with the display adapter card

yes, theyr both 800mhz. and im using onboard graphics. so far i have a new cpu and psu, i just ordered a new case and motherboard so my gts 250 which i have already will fit. hopefully after the new stuff it quits, cuz after that the only thing i havent changed would be the hard drive.
