Ouch

Hello,
okay plz am having this problem:
i made format to my pc then i asked the one who made this format to download for me the windows live so he downloaded the windows live beta ive singed two times in it then the third time they wrote for me cant sign in u have to install the latest version of windows live msn so i did but they said after finishing the installation cant install need to install the update windows live so i did but all these things nothing fixed the problem am really disturbed even im broken with my friends ive misd them plz a help plzz i will die really
