I have Ati Radeon HD 4350 and i have been facing problems regarding the performance of gta4 i have a core 2 duo processor E7400 2.8 GHz and 2Gb of ram And 160 Gb hard disk space pls help me

This is because of your RAM, 

I will advise you to upgrade your RAM memory to be able to play this game,

for now, you will have to set your game to medium/limited settings

hi there,

check  the minimum requirements for the game before installing it

as much as i can see your configuration is good

check if all your drivers are installed specially the graphic one
