Speed of torrent during movies download

Hello,
sir/madam my connection is going on the speed of 100 to 200 kbps but most of time it gives the downloading
speed in torrent is aroung of 0.1 kbps to 0.5 kbps but sometime its speed is reaches upto 26 kbps but it is very rare kindly give me the way how i can increase the speed of the utorrent .i am very thankful to you if you give some advice to me .kindly reply me at my email which is mentioned above.

my computer config. is
intel 845 motherboard
512 RAM WITH 1.5 GHz processor

Hye there,

This depends on the torrent's seeds and source!

If a torrent is downloaded by many users the speed will increase

There's nothing you can do to make it increase
