I need majoir help if u could!!fast plz

Hello,
i have windows pro and i just lost all my icons/toolbar and i need them back.i can get on internet by usen the taskmanager.i tryed someones idea about typeing explorer.exe into the run new task thing.it didnt work so ive been lookin and havent found anything.also my sytems anti virus has been completly shut down it poped up a few seconds and said it had alot of things and 3 was deleed but when i tryed to delete the others it said i couldnt cause they was in use.ok and i cant run a scan eather.plz help and fast i need my laptop for school and work.
