Adobe flash player Closed

Question

Hello, I need to know what adobe program/programs to download to get flash player.  I have Vista.  When I go onto the internet to download adboe, I can't get to the site.  Is my firewall preventing me from contacting the site?  Pls tell me what to download from Adobe...and how to get on the site.  Thanks
