Help me for my thesis

Hello..

every time i open my laptop, the windows folder pop ups and the cmd, task manager, regedit is disable by admin...when i use to enable to the gpedit.msc it works but when i shutdown or restart..it comes back...what can i do to fix it??..i have a thesis to make..i'm graduating this sem..please help me..

This is for sure a virus, check all your exe files on your pc beacause the virus mainly infects all exe including your anti-virus, i recommend strongly you format your pc and don't use any saved exe on your pc
