i messup my computer Closed

Hello,
i downloaded a program it is called vista glass but didn't how to use it so i delete it but i can not change my theme so i am  whit the windows classic theme i tried to change this theme but the only thing it changes is the background and the cursors what can i do to fix it?

Dear Sir,

Just restore your computer to an earlier state before you install the vista glass

To do system restore please check it here:

This will roll back changes made to the computer
