Mp4 cant be read

Hello,
my mp4 cant be read by any pc, no removable disk is to be seen i think my mp4's system has been inffected by a virus and i cant open my mp4 R_R help me plzz

Hye,

To know if your MP4 isn't damaged,

Please Right Click on My Computer,

Select Manage, then click on Disk Management,

If you see it there, means its OK

Then change the Letter path ( Example G: change it to h:)

Then it will appear in the My Computer List
