Ink proplem

Hello, my printer ran out of ink it asked to replace it and i did but it keeps on taking me back to same message to replace the ink it doesnt let me print i cant even go to the menu button it just takes me back and forth to the same messages . my printer is a epson 500 all in one and i"ve haded it for 3 months.

Maybe you did not put the right model in there, that's why you are getting this problem.
