I lost all my pictures

Hello,
i have lost all my photos and dont know a way to find them. i did not do a backup folder for my photos because i didnt think that i needed too.
I downloaded the RegCure programe thinking that it will help my computer run good again but instead i lost all my pictures and all i want is them back. is there a way that i can carry on using the RegCure programe and still get all my pictures back please!! it aint gone be a dry eye at night if i dont get them back.Please please help me.
