adobe flash player help Closed

Hello,
I am trying to download adobe flash player while using FireFox. I am using Windows Vista. It tells me that I need to shut down FireFox before I install. I have done that but it will not install. I need this download to access another program. Please help.

and once downloaded close all running software

and install it
