Hello... please post your system make and model (if this is a laptop, look underneath and it should be on sticker; if this is a desktop, click on START --> APPLICATIONS --> SYSTEM TOOLS --> SYSTEM INFO... click somewhere on the right part of the info windows and press CTRL-A to select all of the info, then press CTRL-V, and then open the window from Kioskea that you are wanting to post a response to.
