you need to check your keyboard is connected properly and in the correct socket. (ps/2)
check the plug has not got bent pins.
if al is hunkydory with the key board ps/2 plug, you may consider trying a usb keyboard.
take the side off your pc and reseat all the cables for your hdd/s
reboot pc and enter bios by F2. check bios is detecting hdd.
if it is not detected in bios then you may have a duff drive.
you could try slaving this drive to another pc to check if it is accesable. if it is you can ghost this to a new drive and you may be able to boot from the new drive.
