Not able to burn anymore Closed

Hello,
well i have a question about my computer, before i could burn discs and i dont know what happend to my computer that know it wont let me burn discs no more i try putting the cd and nothing i use real player or windows media player but it says insert a blank cd i do but it wont burn please help! :/

please use a lens cleaner to clean lens

or 

go to device manager and update drive

or download cd/dvd burner software from link below:

https://ccm.net/downloads/tools/4933-nero-burning-rom/
