Hello,
I got a vga cord to improve resolution. I had a s video cable in its place. Vga cord into the monitor link but still have no picture. What setting do I have to change to get the picture to come up on the tv?

right click on your desktop. Go to properties.. then settings... click on the picture and the monitor that says number 2.. say extended my desktop to this monitor. And after you hit apply it should be working.
