Network Controler

Hello,
i have a dell inspiron 1525 laptop and i had to reinstall my hard drive and os, but now the network controler device and utilities need to be reinstalled, i tried several things to get them onto my laptop, of the computer with the internet but cant do it.
does anyone know how to get the drivers and install them on my laptop, wen i cant get on the internet on the laptop i need them on? its a windows vista laptop too
