Help me get bluetooth drivers

Hello,
my laptop was formatted soon after i dscovered that the bluetooth no longer works & the dvd drive could not read dvds but play cds. i checked the device manager & found that bluetooth & other drivers were not installed. i tried installing them from the resource cd but the cd will alway report "encountered problem, needs shutdown". i also to tried to down load from the net but couldnt get the right drivers. pls help me out. thanks.
