Hello,
I´m trying to get a whole column coloured, depending of the value in H$.
This with only the use of Conditional formatting (no visual basic), as i need to explain it to my employees.
I´m pretty close, but i can´t seem to get the whole row coloured.

If you want to get the whole column coloured use H$4
If you want to get the whole row coloured use $H4
If you want to get the whole row coloured use $H4
