Hello,

am not able to format and also open the 4 Gb Pen drive..
Am using Win XP with service pack 3.

Please help me on this.

Hello Sir,

You will need to use a tool to format the pen drive,

I will recommend you using HP USB Storage format tool

Download it here:

http://ccm.net/download/download-127-hp-usb-disk-storage-format-tool

Install and then Run to format your pen drive
