just insert ur boot windows xp cd, select repair,
it will show : enter or cancel ? within 5 seconds
don't type the enter .
please wait 5 secs.

which id r u existing os?
0 or 1 or 2 please type the number
then it will solve the problem.
otherwise u will re - install ur os. because ur system files are corrupted ..so everytime it will show it.
