Card reader not working

Hello,
my card reader to dell inspiron 1525/vista is not working, i need the the base system device for it. Thanks.

I facing same problem but now i solve my problem basically usb sim card reader are of two types portion is blue that means it only work in xp.if its green then its work vista.I think you say what rubish,but its truth
Also use magic sim manager.
