install nokia pc suite on your c

then plug it via usb from phone to pc 

synchronize both then you are ready for transfers

Heey, Need help- well the best way to transfer things onto your pc or phone is to use your usb which comes with every new phone in the box...NOW If you don't have a USB  you could use BLUETOOTH on your pc and connect with your mobile phone...
