Hello,
sir i am using transcend 2gb pendrive how to remove write protection in my pendrive regedit has been disabled in my computer

Some pendrive have a small switch to enable write protect, if you have one, use it :)

For removing the write protection from the device you can have the instructions from Faq for use in future if your issue has already been solved:

Clean it or reduce files. As it is possible to transfer simply on other hard disk all information.
