Why is GTA IV so slow on my computer?Closed

Hello,
Can I please have some help! I got this good laptop and i bought GTA lV and it keeps on lagging and running really slow.
The things i have on my computer is
CPU: Duo T9300
HD: 250 GB
RAM: 2 GB
Display: nvidia GeForce'9500m Gs

It is also windows vista ultimate and it is also a service pack 1 and has a a 32- bit operating system

So if you read this can u plz tell me what i need to get to make it work really good.

YOU NEED TO DOWNLOAD (( NET FRAMEWORKE 4 ))  TRY THIS MATE  GO TO GOOGLE TIPE NET FRAMEWORK 4 THEN  DOWNLOAD IT  . OK ?

Hello Sir,

The graphic card you have on your system isn't that powerful!

You will have to run the game on medium settings,

I will advise you to upgrade your graphic card to a ATI Radeon HD 4870 1GB 

and add 1gb ram more!!

Then you will get better experience
