Sharing problem

my sytem is windows xp sp2.i shared one folder.i am in network connection all my flloor.my shared folder to give full permission .my system ip 10.132.10.140.i click run enter \\10.132.10.140 .i can shw and read that shared folder.but i go to other system .this system ip 10.132.10.140.i did same run cmd enter \\10.132.10.140.but only view the shared flder,cant view the file.what prolem this one.what i do
