About the deletion of virus

Hello,
sir there is a problem in my computer that i m not able to delete the virus and it is creating a mess. If i want to listen the songs, after 30 seconds the computer automatically hangs up and the mouse does not work at that time.
What should i do please suggest me. I will be waiting for your advise...

hi there,

how are you sure its a virus?

delete some unused files in your hard disk and free space

also empty recycle bin and make a system defrag

also click on my computer>

properties>

advance system setting>

startup and recovery>

and disable automatically restart
