Task manager disabled on its own [Closed]

Hello,
My computer's task manager has been disabled on its own, i have tried all means but i just can't enable it. What could be the possible cause of this?

Hello Sir,

The task manager has been disabled,

You will have to re-enable it,

Click Start then Run. Type in
regedit
(no quotes) and hit Enter.

Select
HKEY_CURRENT_USER -> Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System


Search DisableTaskMgr.

Click on
REG_DWORD


Change the value :

 1
=Enable this key (disables TaskManager); Value:
0
=Disable (actually enables TaskManager)

Close RegEdit

This will solve the problem thanks
