Hello,

i've been using my compaq presario for almost a month now.. but suddenly, my webcam doesn't work. it will pop up a window that says:

"No video device is detected. Please plug a video device into your computer."

i'd downloaded the graphics drivers also the video drivers.. but it kept on popping up the same message.

how can i solve this problem.?

thanks.

@sensei.moore

i don't have copy of the driver. so i did try to search from the hp website.

i've linked to my compaq presario cq40-310au page.

webcam driver were not part of the list. the meast possible option that was int here were video driver and graphics..

i've downloaded and installed it. but same pop up message appears...
