Windows installer problem on xp for iturne

Hello,

I downloaded itunes 7 on my computer. When I did it would not recognize my ipod. It said I needed to reload itunes . So I called apple and they have me delete my old itunes file and redownload itunes 8. Now I get a windows installer message . I can't install the new file or retrieve my old software. I have called apple and cant
seen to get help. Has anyone have this problem please. help

hi there,

use revo uninstaller

this will remove the software completely

from your system then install the new version

download it here:
